We are add a 20% Service charge to all Take Out orders.

100% of this fee is distributed to our staff.

Locally, this type of Service Fee has become a common practice and employee benefit, and the addition of this service fee will keep East Glisan Pizza Lounge a place where good people, who are good at their jobs and make very good pizza for you will want to work. (We also offer health insurance and pay wages in line with the current local industry standard.)

Can you tip them more for their fine pizza slingin’ skills? OF COURSE!

We know not everyone is going to agree with this policy and we get it. If this is your first time ordering take-out and you don’t want to pay this service fee or want to tip less than 20%, please let us know and we will remove or change the Service Fee accordingly, no questions asked.

If at any time you feel our service was lacking and a Service Fee is unwarranted, please let us know by emailing us at eastglisan@gmail.com and we will make it right.  Hospitality is high on our list of core values, and an automatic gratuity should not change the service you get at East Glisan Pizza Lounge.
