GLUTEN FREE FRIENDS! Our GF* crust is now a fluffy Detroit Style, made with Caputo gluten Free flour. (*cross contamination possible, though we are mindful)

MID-WESTERNERS! Our new CHICAGO TAVERN STYLE genre - paper thin, crunchy, cornmeal crusted, and cut into squares - is getting a thumb's up from native mid-westerners! (Classic Sour Dough & Detroit Style Still Here!)
